Job Description:
- Support and advise customers about appreciate products and services to meet their needs at showroom directly or via phone/email;
- Perform order processing: control orders and provide pricing to customers;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints if any.
Job Requirements:
- College graduate or above degree;
- At least 1year experience in customer service (CS) call center;
- Flexible problem solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Responsible for work, agile and eager to learn;
- Proficient with office computer skills;
- Good communication in English is a plus.
