Job Description:

  • Support and advise customers about appreciate products and services to meet their needs at showroom directly or via phone/email;
  • Perform order processing: control orders and provide pricing to customers;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints if any.

Job Requirements:

  • College graduate or above degree;
  • At least 1year experience in customer service (CS) call center;
  • Flexible problem solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Responsible for work, agile and eager to learn;
  • Proficient with office computer skills;
  • Good communication in English is a plus.
