Please note that all information discussed must be confirmed by email to avoid incurring charges when the goods arrive in Cambodia.
- When you agree to use the service of Fado168, it means you agree with the freight rate. Click here for the fee rate.
- After agreeing on the rates, please create an account and register a shipping account on Fado.com.kh. Please noted that you have to upload the full picture of the ID Card and Bank card during the registration process. After successful registration, Fado168 will send the recipient information and the address of the warehouse in the US.
- For security reasons, Fado168 is not responsible for goods that are shipped to the US headquarters without a confirmation email with Fado168. For goods that have not been notified to Fado168 but shipped to the US, the warehouse team will submit to the US Police.
1. If shipping goods from relatives or friends in the US to Cambodia

- If you are near the warehouse of Fado168 in the US, please bring your package directly to the office for shipping. You do not need to pay money at the US office. You will get a receipt and pay when you receive goods in Cambodia.
- If you are far from the warehouse of Fado168 in the US, please ask your relatives or friends to bring goods to the post office or delivery company for shipping to us. Fado168 recommends you to use UPS shipping company. When you send the goods, you require the recipient to sign once receiving goods (Signature Require UPS delivery). This requirement is to avoid loss of goods.
2. If buying goods on the website in the US and ship goods to Cambodia

3. Tracking items and upload information about the products
- When you come to the post office or delivery company to ship goods or email from the website (the website you have purchased), you will receive the tracking number of the package. You use this tracking number to track the goods on delivery to the warehouse of Fado168 in the US.
- You notify the tracking number of the package shipped to Fado168 in two methods below:
1. The first option: Email directly to [email protected] to notify the tracking number. 2. The second option: Visit Fado.com.kh website to upload goods information and tracking number (received from the website or delivery company). Please click here to view how to upload the tracking number.
4. Receiving the goods and make a payment
- Fado168 will deliver goods to your home and collect the payment.
- When the goods arrive in Cambodia, you will receive an automated email announcing the arrival of goods. The email will include the goods information you will receive and shipping costs (excluding domestic delivery charges).
- The delivery staff will call you before shipment to your address.
