If your products appear above situations, you should contact us as soon as possible to find out the reason and the solution to repair the damage immediately.

If it is the seller’s fault

- Depend on your requirement Fado168.com will demand the seller to refund or return another item.

- If the seller agrees to refund 100% the price of the product, Fado168.com will refund all the money of the product and shipping fee, a trading fee of the product.

- If the seller agrees to send a spare product and do not required to return the damaged product you will receive the new one and do not pay any additional fee.

Depend on the individual case and the abilities of the seller or Amazon.com customer services department, the level of compensations are differents, Fado168.com only refunds the sum of money that the seller compensates for you.

Note: If the seller requires to return the damaged product (to allow compensation) you will have to pay the shipping fee to return the product by post from Cambodia to the seller’s office.
