Wet the brush head, apply toothpaste, place the brush head against the teeth at an angle of 45 degrees, gently brush in circular motions for about 2 minutes, including brushing the tongue and roof of the mouth. Avoid brushing too hard with pressure warning, start with the EasyStart function and replace the brush head every 3 months.
