Hinge Product Features

Description:

• Includes 3 hinges and 12 screws (stainless steel, hi-low thread).
• Hinge Size: 2.5 inches x 1.25 inches.
• Hinges are compatible with most Igloo rectangular-shaped ice chests up to size 165 QT.
• These hinges are designed for maximum performance in marine environments and are built to last. They are durable, easy to clean, and low maintenance.
• Not compatible with Igloo thermoelectric coolers, Igloo metal chest coolers, BMX coolers, Igloo Roto Molded coolers, and Igloo Sportsman coolers.
• Not compatible with the 150-165 QT Igloo coolers that require the 6-screw, oversized black plastic hinges.

Latch Closed, Properly Installed

Instructions for Latch Installation:

1. Fully open/extend the top hinge portion of the latch.
2. Turn the latch upside down.
3. Turn the back side of the latch facing out.
4. Using a screwdriver, attach the latch to the cooler using 2 of the screws.

In the closed position, the screws will be hidden, as the latch will fold over itself and hide the screws.

When replacing the latch, it will not be necessary to change the factory placement of the latch post.
