How do I receive my order?

Fado168 ship products in flexible ways, allow the customers to choose many different shipping ways, such as receiving at our office, at home etc. All the high quality of product from the US will no longer strange with customers in Cambodia.

When your items arrived at the Fado168 Office in Cambodia you will receive the email to inform you that the product has arrived, customer can receive products by the following ways:

1. Receive the products at our office

The customers can come to our office in Phnom Penh city to check and receive the items:

Office address: At PPIU, 11 Floor, Emerald HUB, St.169, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Working time:

- Monday - Friday: from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

- Saturday: from 8:30 am to 12:00 am

2. Receive the items at home (in Phnom Penh):

Customers live in Phnom Penh city if can’t come to our office, will receive a call from delivery guy to announce about delivery schedule, free delivery in PP.

Note:

- We only deliver to private house, not ship to room in apartment or company, hope you can work with us.

- Customers live in suburb of Phnom Penh city, please come to our office to receive items or you can ask your friend to receive instead.

3. Shipping by post office or by other service to other provinces)

Customers live in other provinces will receive the items and pay for the remaining fee to the post office staff (if receive at post office).
