The TSA lock also has a special key only by airport sheriff, and the suitcase does not come with a key.

The key doesn't open but what do I do?

1. If the number is slightly misaligned, please retry the numbers firmly in front of the case.

2. Please try with the default setting "000".The number of keys may still be set by default, so please try it.

3. Please try before and after the number you want because one might be misaligned during the first setting.

4. Try in order from "000" to "999".Most cases open within 10 minutes.
