What to do if I'm having brush roll issues?
1. The brush roll will only work in switch II. Plug vacuum in, Take vacuum out of park position, and turn on position II.
2. The brush roll belt may be disengaged from the vacuum or the belt may be worn out. Please check the integrity of the belt by removing power nozzle cover.
4. Wand assembly not fully seated into the receptacle. If wand is not fully inserted into the wand receptacle, brush roll will not work.
5. There may be blockage or debris and tangled hair stuck in the brush roll. Make sure that brush roll is clear to spin freely.
6. Reset switch has been tripped. Make sure to press the red reset button located in the vacuum power nozzle then unplug the vacuum from the outlet, plug it back in and it should work.
What should I do if I'm having issues with the latch?
In order to close the filter cover, the hole in the carry handle must be aligned to the hole in the handle tube, with hardware completely installed. We have an instructional video available on our YouTube channel titled "ProTeam Tutorial: Upright Preparing for Operation that describes how to assemble the ProForce upright vacuum. It does show an older model but explains how the carry handle should be lined up.
