Run the tape measure around the waist - at the narrowest point, just above the belly button. Make sure that the tape measure does not cut in.
Tip: You should only wear thin clothing when measuring so as not to distort the values.
2. Measure hip circumference
Run the tape measure around the hips - at the widest part of the hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape measure does not hang down or stand out on your back.
3. Measure inside leg length
Measure your inseam length by placing one end of the tape measure at the top of your inside leg and the other on the floor next to your ankle.
Tip: Take well-fitting trousers and place them on a flat surface to measure the inseam length along the inseam.
Notes:
If you are between sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a further fit. If you receive two different size suggestions for your hip and waist measurements, order the size according to your hip circumference.
Tip: If you do not have a tape measure at hand, you can use a thread and then measure its marked length with the ruler.
