What is POM?

Polyoxymethylene is a polymer-based thermoplastic used for high performance, extremely durable ultra-precision components. The advantageous side effect of the manufacturing process is an ultra-smooth surface that results in much lower friction on the shaft of the switch, resulting in a flawless and pleasant button press. This gives POM keycaps the smoothest possible feel.
