To use the iO Series 10 Electric Toothbrush: Moisten the brush head, add a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, guide the round IO brush head in circular motions along all tooth surfaces, brush for two minutes in four 30 second quadrants (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right) and gently clean tongue and gums. Be sure to charge the toothbrush when the battery is low, replace the brush head every three months and reduce pressure when the iOS pressure control shows too much pressure.
