This means that the manufacturer and product have been intensively tested and the quality and function is reliable. This only applies to products that carry a number in addition to the CE mark. If the device cannot be turned on, it may be because there is no battery or a bad battery. Try replacing the battery. If the device is turned on and off again, it may be because the battery is not inserted correctly. Remove it and insert it correctly. If necessary, replace the battery. If the device turns on but generates electrical pulses, this may be because the cable is broken. Try replacing the cable. If the cable is not connected properly, check it and connect it.
