Holy Water - 5CHURCH BUCKHEAD
• Blackberries, as needed
• Mint leaves, as needed
• 11/2 oz. bourbon
• 1 oz. agave nectar
• 3/4 oz. unsweetened tea
• 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries and fresh mint.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, shake with ice, and serve in a rocks glass.
3. Garnish with blackberries and mint leaves.
Bijou - ROSHAMBO
• 1 oz. Hayman’s London Dry Gin
• 1 oz. Green Chartreuse
• 1 oz. Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino
1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Build the cocktail in a mixing glass, stir, and strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe.
3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
3 Stacks - MUCHACHO
• 2 oz. blanco tequila
• 1 oz. pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. Orgeat Cocktail Syrup
• 1/4 oz. cold brew coffee
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard.
2. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel, pineapple fronds, and nutmeg.
