  • ADJUSTABLE SIZES: Supplied with 12 lock faceplate & 4 lock case templates held by magnets make this jig versatile. It needs only 1 router & cutter to do lock case mortice & faceplate.
  • COMPREHENSIVE INSTRUCTIONS: The comprehensive laminated reference sheet with common lock models and secondary chart on the reverse side with faceplate and lock case sizes to quickly select the correct templates.
  • EASY TO USE: Each template is stamped to indicate the locks it can be used with; 4-lettered plates for lock cases and 12-numbered plates for the faceplates; Simplifying and speeding up the selection process as well as eliminating costly errors
  • NEEDED ACCESSORIES: Router with 3-5/32" plunge, 1-3/16" guide bush, 15/32" cutter (4-17/32" length) to achieve 2-3/4" mortice depth for lock case.
