Step 1

Open foil pouch and remove white inner pouch. (Do not open white pouch).

Step 2

Moisten the sponge and insert white inner pouch into the slit in the dampened sponge, then place into the clamshell container and securely close it.

Step 3

Place clamshell on flat surface with the holes facing up. Close all windows & doors. Make sure no people or animals are inside treated area and leave for 4-6 hours.
