“How do I know if the cuff fit my arm?”

Our wide-range D-ring contoured cuff comfortably wraps around standard and large arms with a circumference of 9” to 17”. Measure your upper arm with a cloth tape measure to determine if the cuff will fit.

“What is the best position for taking a reading?”

Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table with your palm facing upward and place the cuff on your upper arm, level with your heart. Press the start button. Do not talk or move during the measurement.

“Why does my blood pressure fluctuate?”

It’s normal for your blood pressure to vary every day—as much as 20mm up or down. It’s also normal if it’s higher or lower at the doctor’s office. Be sure to discuss your results with your doctor.

Take your reading at the same time every day. Avoid exercising, bathing, eating, smoking, and drinking alcohol or caffeinated beverages for 30 minutes prior. Ideally, rest 15 minutes before you begin.

Take Your Position

Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table with your palm facing upward. Slide the cuff on and make sure it’s level with your heart and press the start button. Do not talk or move during measurement.

Monitor Your Reading
