This Foxtail is the original, with the baseball ball on the front. To play, you simply spin to throw and catch by the tail! That's the heart of Foxtail. You'll be surprised how far you can throw , and how fun it is to catch. The three color tail isn't just for good looks, there is a game based around that. Catch red, nearest the ball, and score the most points!
Includes game booklet! The booklet is filled with various games to play with the Foxtail. The basic Foxtail game is also sewn on to the fabric label directly on the toy.
Flies Up to 50 Yards (or more, if you're really good!). It's easy to learn, easy on shoulders, safe, and made with high quality materials and care. This is a durable toy that you'll be able to pull out for summer for years to come (or decades!). Foxtail is made to last.
Premium Construction: The tail is stitched using a durable nylon material, and the ball is built like a modified baseball. The result is a long lasting outdoor game that will be fun for years!
Recommended for Ages 8 and Above. The Foxtail Sport (that's this one) comes with a leather baseball at the end, so it's great for throwing and catching at farther distances. If you're looking for a Foxtail for anyone under the age of 8, check out the Foxtail Softie or the Foxtail LED. They have softer balls at the end. They don't throw as far, but they are also safer for learning throwers.
A really fun throwing toy that everyone can enjoy. Because of the spinning action, Foxtails fly incredibly far without needing much power. So young and old can enjoy hurtling and catching Foxtails.

Product Information
Product description
Just keep in mind rule #1: Foxtails must be thrown and caught by the tail ONLY.
What Foxtail version is the one from the 1990s?
That would be the Foxtail Sport! It has a leather baseball at the end. It's still made the same way it was in the 90s.
What Foxtail should I buy for a kid under the age of 8?
If they're under the age of 8, we recommend either the Foxtail Softie or the Foxtail LED. Both of these have soft foam balls so they don't hurt to get hit with. The tradeoff is that they don't throw quite as far, which can be a good thing for kids.
What is the Foxtail for?
Foxtail is a great throw and catch game for kids and adults. No mitts or gloves required! Just spin to throw, and catch by the tail! You can play with points or just toss and catch.
