OMRON Gel Refills include 3 pairs (6 pieces) of conductive gels designed for use with the OMRON Heat Pain Pro (PM311). Each pair can be used up to 30 times on the device's permanent pads before replacement is needed. These gels heat up to 110°F, delivering soothing, targeted warmth to help relax sore, achy muscles. The OMRON Heat Pain Pro is the only device on the market that combines therapeutic heat with TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) technology to relieve acute muscle and joint pain. It offers customizable, drug-free pain relief with options for alternating heat and TENS therapy, TENS-only treatment, six preset body pain modes, three massage modes, and 20 adjustable intensity levels. Omron Gel Refills PMGEL

Reusable Up to 30 Times

Omron’s conductive adhesive gels heat up to provide soothing heat for achy muscles and deliver Tens therapy. They are durable and comfortable; gently adhere on the skin for use on multiple areas of the body. Use with the Omron Total Power + Heat (PM800) only.

Soft, comfortable pads gently adhere to your skin
Adheres to permanent pads of the Heat Pain Pro (PM800) Electrotherapy Tens unit only (sold separately)
Heats up to 110 F -Comparable to the low setting on a heating pad
Reusable up to 30 times (single person use only), store on pad holder for best results
Good size for multiple body pains (1.875 in. x 1.875 in.)

Use and Care

1) Remove and discard old gels from pads.

2) Remove blank plastic film from gel.

3) Place gel squarely on pad with the 'skin' side of gel facing up.

4) Repeat with other pad.

5) Remove film with 'skin' to use.

6) Place pads with gels on dry, clean, healthy skin.

In between uses, store pads on holder included with your PM800 device. Wrap the cord around the pad holder and store in a cool dry place.

Pad Placement Guide

Lower Back

Attach both pads on the lower back with the backbone in the center. Do not place on the backbone or the spine.

Shoulder

Attach both pads on the shoulder according to your pain.

Hip/Thigh

Attach both pads on either side of the area with pain.

Upper Arm/Elbow

Attach both pads on either side of the region or joint where you feel pain.

Leg/Calf

Attach both pads on the leg/calf where you feel pain. (Do not place electrode pads on both legs at the same time).

Upper Back

Attach both pads on either side of the region with pain.
