Easy Load 2-Bike Carrier for 1 1/4" or 2" Hitch

Carrying a two bicycles on the back of your vehicle has never been easier than with the XR200 2-Bike Hitch Rack. With adjustable wheel trays and an easy to use frame attachment system, the XR200 can accommodate a wide range of bicycle styles and sizes. The XR200 eliminates the need for an adaptor bar to carry bicycles without a standard top tube. Minor assembly required.

XR200 Feature Details

Padded Upper Frame Connector

The XR200 uses an adjustable, padded upper frame connector which fully secures and protects your bicycle. The strap connection works on a wide range of tube sizes and shapes, and the buckle is fully wrapped in a TPR housing to protect your bicycle.

Adjustable Wheel Trays

The wheel trays on the XR200 can hold up to a 3" wide tire, and will adjust to accommodate a wide range of bicycle sizes (from a 35" to a 48" wheel base) with wheels from 20" to 29" diameter.

Folds Up Against Vehicle

In addition to tilting back for easy lift-gate access, when not in use the wheel trays on the XR200 fold in to minimize the rack's profile. The rack will also fold up against the vehicle when not in use for convenient on-vehicle or in-garage storage.

About Allen Sports

Dick Allen (pictured left in 1972) started Allen Sports in his garage in 1967. Since its founding, the company has been committed to producing the highest-quality, easiest-to-use bike racks and bicycle related products on the market. Dick, a onetime aerospace engineer, opened Allen Sports after building a prototype bike carrier in his Lincoln, Massachusetts shop in his free time. The first ever trunk-mounted bicycle carrier-made of electrical conduit, metal strapping, and fire hose casings (for padding) - was refined on weekend excursions to Cape Cod. Shortly afterward, Allen took his design to market, and by 1971 had established a national presence for his product.

Today, the family owned company owns more than three dozen patents, operates four warehouses nationally, six factories abroad, and sells products in countries around the world including USA, Mexico, Canada, and China.

The Allen Sports XR200 provides an ideal way to safely transport a wide range of bicycle sizes and styles on your 1 1/4" or 2" receiver hitch. The rugged powder coated steel frame accommodates two bicycles (up to 35 lb each). Easy to load wheel trays and padded adjustable upper frame straps securely hold your bicycles in place.
