2. After each use, please cleans it with hot water and then fully dries it.

How to get the prefect mold for your grillz?

1. GENTLY bend the grillz to fit the shape of your mouth and teeth.
2. Insert the silicon fixing bar in between the back prongs of the grillz.GENTLY adjust the back hooks of the grillz so that the molding bar fits tightly.
3. Boil water and place the silicon bar and grillz together into HOT water.
4. Wait about 15-20 seconds or until the bars become clear.
5. Firmly place the grillz onto your teeth and adjust if necessary
6. Adjust as necessary, then wait about 2 minutes for the silicon bar to harden.
