• The size Small adjusts from size 12J to 1.
• The size Medium adjusts from size 2 to 5.

Tips for sizing up

• Wider feet, growing feet, or half sizes may wish to go up a size
• Wear thicker socks
• Add a shoe insert/insole (sold separately)
