How often do I need to replace my filter?

Replace your filter once it begins to harden and/or yellow. Hard tap water means it has more minerals. Your filter absorbs these minerals and will shorten the life of your filter versus a household with access to soft water.

How can I maximize the life of my filter?

While not necessary, you can maximize the life of your filter by using distilled, bottled water or filtered water from your tap. Additionally, flip your filter over daily to ensure the entire filter stays moist.

How do I install a new filter?

We recommend pre-moistening the filter by running it under water until it is soaked though. Once soaked, remove the cover of your machine, take out the old filter, and replace it with the new, pre-soaked filter.
