Crazy horse leather process makes the leather much more sturdy than original cowhide, and it gets color change abiility: leather color will change slightly when it's rubbed or folded, which looked like "scratches", but you can remove them with applying colorless leather cleaner or by keeping rubbing "scratched area" with your hand.
