It does not work with Anova Bluetooth or WiFi.
  • Sous Vide Container is NSF approved, care for your cooking safety with water. 12 Quart is the most bought size. Only the container in which water is filled and heated is NSF approved. Neither of the lid or the stainless steel rack is NSF approved. The stainless steel rack and the lid are both food safe.
  • Collapsible Hinged Lid - BPA free plastic lid features a hinge so you could collapse it to remove or refill water or ingredients while long time cooking. Patented hinge design makes it a must-have lid for sous vide cooking. It is compatible with Anova Nano only. The hinge is tested to perfectly perform 100,000 uses.
  • Sous Vide Rack - Stainless steel rack keeps your food filled bags in the water bath for complete heating. Includes 7 dividers - 5 are removable and 2 are built-in as holder.
