How To Use

Aloe Vera Iced Tea

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp of Fruity Oasis tea & 1 cup hot water
• ½ cup coconut water (unsweetened)
• ½ tsp chia seeds (optional)
• ½ tsp Iyasa organic Aloe Vera powder
• 1 tsp agave syrup to taste
• 1 lime wedge & mint leaves to garnish

Directions:

• Brew tea in hot water for 7-10 minutes, then strain into a bowl and set aside.In a clear glass, add chia seeds, agave and coconut water. Stir to combine and set aside for at least 10 minutes.Add aloe vera powder to coconut water mixture. Pour in brewed tea, top with ice and garnish with mint leaves and a squeeze of lime. Sip up and cool off.

Aloe Vera Honey Mask

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Iyasa Organic Aloe Vera Powder
• 1/2 tsp honey
• 2-3 drops lavender essential oil

Directions:

• Place all the ingredients in a small bowl, stir well and prepare the paste.
• Apply the paste with clean hands or brush to entire face.
• Leave on for a few minutes up to a half hour and rinse off for a glow.
• Store extra paste in a jar with a lid—it will last a few months.
