How To Use
Internal Consumption
1. Take it as your morning supplement
Add ½ teaspoon of Amla Powder in your Morning breakfast smoothie, bowl of cereal or juice. Or you can simply mix ½ tsp of Amla powder in hot water (Amla tea) and drink that mixture. (Do not take Amla with dairy milk).
2. Add it in your favorite recipe.
You can sprinkle Amla Powder over your Salad, Rice, Pasta, stew or soup. Amla will taste delicious with your Jam. Mix ½ teaspoon Amla in your favorite jam and enjoy!!
External Usage
1. Amla face pack: Simply mix 1 tsp of the powder and water to make paste like consistency, apply over the face, let it dry and wash face with lukewarm water.
2. Amla Hair Pack
Mix 1 tablespoon of Amla powder with water to make lotion like consistency. Apply to your hair roots and entire length. Let it dry for 20 minutes and wash with mild shampoo.
You can also add other herbs like shikakai, brahmi, fenugreek and aloe vera in this pack.
3. Amla, Aritha (Soapnut) Shampoo.
Mix 1 tablespoon of Amla and 1 tablespoon of Aritha powder in 2 cups of water. Boil this mixture for 10 minutes. Let it cool and use this as natural, organic shampoo
