Cleaning & Cooking Tips!

For cleaning the inner lid:

The inner lid gasket and silicone can be removed by gently pulling on the center silicone tab. (see above photo)

After the aluminum cover is removed, it will be much easier to put the silicone seal back around it.

Rinse the rice until the water runs somewhat clear (to remove the starch)
Insert the inner pot with rice and water before plugging into wall outlet
Do not overfill the inner pot, it will cause it to overflow and damage the cooker (suggest MAX 3/4 full)
Align the top lid in correct position for latches to close properly
Avoid using metal utensils to prevent scratching the inner pot. Plastic rice spatula is included.

Features & Helpful Tips

Cook and Keep Warm Setting

Use the included measuring cup to measure out the rice and water ratio:

Rice 1 cup > Water 1.2 cup

Rice 1.5 cup > Water 1.8 cup

Non-Stick Inner Pot

Completely dry the exterior of the inner pot before placing it in the rice cooker. Securely plug in the power cord to the rice cooker and to the wall outlet and press switch to Cook mode.

Secure latches and carrying handle

To secure the lid latch, make sure the latches match the correct position of the lid.

Stable non-slip design

There is no Off switch, please unplug the rice cooker once rice is done cooking.
