Will this dock allow charging above 80%?

If the controller is below 80% charge and you plug it in, it will power the controller to ~100%. However, if you plug in the controller at 80% charge or higher, it will end the charging process to prevent itself from overcharging.

Is this charging dock compatible with controllers that have sleeves on them?

Yes, as long as the sleeve does not cover the controller's USB-C port.

Can I turn the blue lights off?

No, the blue lights cannot be turned off. As soon as the charging dock is connected to a power source, the blue lights will immediately turn on.

How long does it take before the controllers are fully charged?

With the included 5V/2A power adapter, it takes about 4 hours to charge up the controllers.
