1、Please make sure your Ninebot Gokart is genuine, the diameter of the steel tube in the mounting position of genuine Ninebot Gokart is 1.1 inches (2.8CM), the steel tube in the mounting position of imitation is thicker, and the foot pedal is not compatible with the imitation.

2、Question of the foot pedal is not wide enough : stretch the kart to make the mounting position longer, the pedal must be placed in the center of the kart mounting position when installing, and then push down the pedal down hardly by your hands.because the metal has ductility, it will automatically become wider.If the pedal is not placed in the center of the mounting position , you will wrongly find that the foot pedal is not wide enough.

3、Question of the Foot pedal jumped up in use : the reason is not anchore with zip ties in the pedal's two fixed holes , when you anchore the pedal with the zip ties,the pedal will be fixed on the Go kart which can avoid jump up anymore. if you do not have zip ties,we will send you the zip ties for free.In addition,you can also use double-sided foam tape to fix the pedal,which can also solve this problem.
