Q & A

Question: which size object is suitable for this shooting box?

Answer: to obtain better shooting results, we recommend that you do not exceed 20 x 20 x 20 cm. If you want to shoot larger objects, choose from a larger size shooting box.

Question: light is not bright enough when taking photos. Strobe flicker occurs when taking a picture.

Answer: if the charger is less than 9 V, it indicates that the light will not be bright enough if the current is insufficient. Use the 9V charger to make the light more stable!

Question: do you have a plug in the package?

Answer: the package is not included a plug. This is from the typc-c interface. Use 9 V plug.

Question: light is not bright when taking a picture.

Answer: check that the power indicator light is on. This means that the lightboard and remote interface are loose. You can use it manually by hand pressing If the wire control indicator does not turn on, there is a problem with the charger.

Question:what happens when the voltage exceeds 9 volts?

Answer: If the voltage exceeds 9 V, it will turn off if it turns on for a while or light up Strobe effect.
