About the upgraded vent clip hook, there are something you need to know.

1. It is retractable (max 1.51 inch) and 360-degree rotatable. Just turn the tightening knob to adjust the length of the hook to lock the vent blade securely.
2. It fits most car air vents : 99% Round, Vertical, Horizontal vents (NOT for rotary vents).
3. It is equipped with cable storage, no worry about the messing cable. If your charging cable is a bit long, you can wind your cable on the winding clip.

5. Please make sure the rotation hook is downward when installed in the horizontal air vents.

Kindly Note:

• Please make sure to use Official Mag-Safe Cases, not the third-part Mag-Safe cases if your iPhone 13/12 series have a case. If you are using a non-Mag-Safe case, it will cause the magnetic force to become weak, unable to grip the phone, not charge or slow charging.
• Please Plug the cable into the QC 3.0 car charger (not included in the package) to ensure fast charging; the Non-QC car charger, 2.4A car charger, or USB Port doesn't support fast charging which can not supply enough power to this device.
• Metal attachments, expandable grips, or credit cards will interfere with charging. Cases that contain metal, such as Pitaka, Evutec, and Spigen QNMP, will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.
• Using your phone for GPS navigation or music while charging will significantly affect charging speed. Power drain may be higher than charging speed while using a GPS app.
• To prevent your phone from overheating, we suggest you close Apps to reduce power consumption, dim the phone screen during wireless charging, open cool air conditioner to blow the back of the car holder charger to cool it down for optimal charging performance.
• To keep your iPhone securely and firmly on the air vent, we suggest you make sure the rotation hook keeps downward facing the ground when installed in the horizontal air vents.
