What are the benefits of this adjustable loft pillow?
It helps promote better spinal alignment and improve overall quality of sleep. Easily adjust the loft (pillow height) to accommodate side, back, and stomach sleepers. The green tea diced memory foam filling is refreshing, while never flattening.
How to use the adjustable pillow?
For side sleepers, the loft (pillow height) straight out of the box is ideal, however, more can be added if desired. For back sleepers, we recommend removing ¼ of the filling for proper alignment, and removing ½ of the fill for stomach sleepers.
What exactly is the pillow's filling made of?
It features high quality, freshly manufactured diced green tea memory foam. Unlike those that contain used memory foam or lesser quality cotton and polyester fillings, our green tea memory foam is new, never flattens, and keeps your pillow fresh.
How to fluff the pillow?
Allow 12 to 24 hours for our shredded foam pillow to expand once opened. To get the pillow fluffy, simply press, squeeze, fold and repeat as needed.
How to wash the pillow?
Both the cooling pillowcase and outer cover are machine washable and dryer safe. Simply wash both covers with cold water. Tumble dry with low or no heat. Important: Do not put memory foam filling in the washing machine.
