Warm tips:

Before using a new memory card for the first time, insert the card into the EP8 for formatting.
You need an SD card that meets the high performance requirements of the EP8. Use a branded card that meets these requirements: microSD, microSDHC, or microSDXC. class UHS-3 or higher. Capacities up to 256GB.
For best performance, use Ordro chargers and cables designed specifically for the EP8. Non-Ordro chargers and cables may fit your imager but will limit its performance. They may also damage your imager and may pose a safety hazard.
Use the most energy-efficient resolution and frame rate to extend battery life.
To ensure the normal use of the APP function, please agree to the usage license of the APP.
When connecting to APP, the cell phone system may prompt that there is no network connection, but it does not mean that the connection fails, please click APP to connect the device.
If you forget the Wi-Fi name and password after modifying them, you can restore the default name and password by long-pressing the “Record” button and “Photo” button at the same time in the standby mode until the device turns off automatically.
Screen switch function is only applicable to 1080P resolution.

Why can't I connect to the APP?
Please agree to the permission to use this APP. When connecting to the APP, the mobile phone system may prompt that there is no network connection, but it does not mean that the connection fails; please click the APP to connect the device.
Why is memory card not recognized?
When a new memory card is used for the first time, the machine will prompt you to format the memory card by long pressing the camera button, then just follow the prompts. Only a small number of memory cards can be used directly without formatting.
How to format card?
Press and hold the Photo button, the camera will automatically format the memory card, and the camera will give a prompt sound "Formatting complete".
Why can't I connect to WiFi?
Please provide the serial number on the label at the bottom of the machine you purchased so that we can confirm your product and provide you with an upgrade software to reconnect to WiFi.
How to reset it?
The reset button is under the HD cover, with an R next to it, poke it with a pin.
