Attention:

The power cord between power brick and DC plug will lead to 0.4V~0.6V voltage drop, so we designed the screen displayed voltage was 3.5V~12.5V. Caution:

The 4cm short black power cord is a reverse polarity converter, not extension wire. It is used to reverse the original polarity of the power supply output port ( reverse the internal positive pole to negative , and the external negative pole to positive). Please confirm the polarity of your devices’ power port before use. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, it will cause short circuit and damage your device.

Is this 3~12V 36W universal power supply (PS) compatible with your device?

1. Check Voltage

Please find the spec label of your device and check the working voltage. It should be among 3V~12V DC, not lower than 3V or higher than 12V DC. Otherwise, your device will not work or be damaged.

2. Check Current

Check the max current your device will draw. It should be equal to or less than 3A, such as 1A, 1.5A,1.8A, 2A,2.5A. Otherwise, your device won’t work well and the PS will be damaged very soon.

3. Check Plugs

Check the power input port of your device. The PS is equipped with 14 pcs frequently-used DC tips. Please confirm wether it fits for your device before buy. If you can 't confirm, please measure it with a ruler.

4. Check Original PS

If you have an original power supply for reference, their output voltage, plug size, polarity should be the same . If our PS’s current is equal to or higher than original one’s, then our PS will work with your device.
