Why are my controller batteries not charging?

1. Ensure that the protective film on the battery cover contact of the controller is removed.

2. Ensure that the battery is correctly positioned on the controller.

3. Please wipe the charging place with a clean cloth to avoid dust interference.

Why are my controller batteries not charged up to 100%?

Don't worry, it's normal. To prevent overcharging, it may show that the battery is not fully charged.

Why do the controllers feel warm when charging?

Unlike Li-ion batteries, it is normal for NiMH rechargeable batteries to heat up while charging.
