Frequently Asked Questions:
Q1. What shall I do if I can not get SIMOLIO JH-201D Bluetooth Adapter to pair with my Bluetooth Headphones or Speakers?
Turn off Bluetooth on all mobile phones or PC in house (Make sure your headphone or speaker is not paired with other device automatically during the process of pairing JH-201D).
For first time pairing, make sure the pairing distance is within 1 meter.
If still cannot get them paired, set both JH-201D Bluetooth Adapter and your Bluetooth headphones or speakers to factory default by pressing “Pair” button for about 5 seconds, till the LED indicator flashes twice, then transmitter gets to pairing mode with red and blue lights flashing. Pair with them as normally.
Q2. Why voice lag is still here when using this Low latency JH-201D adapter with my Bluetooth headphones?
To achieve low latency, your receiving device should also support function of aptX Low Latency. Or, the receiving device might use another codec (e.g. SBC, aptX), resulting in a 70-200ms audio delay which may be noticeable by some users.
Q3. Why is there no sound after I try the fiber optic cable connection?
Please set the digital output audio format of you TV to PCM. Dolby or DTS not supported.
Q4. After the TV is connected to SIMOLIO JH-201D Bluetooth Transmitter, can my Bluetooth headphone or speaker sound simultaneously with the TV’s built-in speaker?
For many models of TV, the built-in speakers might not work if you choose to use an external audio output device. This is a TV feature and its availability depends on your TV make and model.
Q5. What range can I expect?
This is a Class 1 Bluetooth device and can achieve up to 197ft (60m) in open air line-of-sight conditions and up to 50-70ft (15-20m) indoors without any obstruction.
TWS earbuds and other small, compact devices often have miniaturized internal antennae which can impact the overall range.
In general, operation range can be affected by physical obstructions (walls, people, etc.), wireless interference (Wi-Fi routers, Wireless TV adapters etc.) as well as the reception of the receiving device.
