APP installation - The TV box supports the installation of Android apps from the App Store, APK Pure, Aptoide, apkmirror, and Aptoide TV. If a downloaded app doesn't work,
a> Please go to the "Settings" menu on your device, locate the "Apps" option, and find the app in the list of installed apps. Select the app and navigate to the "Model" section. Choose the "Normal" setting and save the changes. Test the app to see if it functions properly.
b> If the problem persists, you may have downloaded the wrong version. In that case, you can try downloading the app from one of the other mentioned app stores. Additionally, you can get in touch with Transpeed for assistance.
If Nflx cannot be navigated using the remote, please contact Transpeed to download another APK.
2. Bug fixing - You can fix bugs by upgrading the TV box online through FOTA (My apps - FOTA Update) or by restoring it to factory settings.
3. Can't log into Google account - Please try doing a factory reset on the TV box by accessing settings menu - device preferences - about - factory reset. Afterward, attempt to log in to your account again.
4. Keyboard issues - If your keyboard is not functioning and the third indicator light remains yellow, try repairing its code.
Press and hold FN first, then press FN+F1 together. After the blue LED light flashes, release the keys and insert the USB receiver. When the blue LED light stops flashing, it indicates a successful repair.
5. Connection issues - Please ensure that your network is functioning properly. Also, verify that you have set the correct time zone in the settings - device preferences - date & time.
Please note that you cannot simultaneously enable Wi-Fi and connect the TV box with an Ethernet cable. If you wish to use Wi-Fi, disconnect the Ethernet cable and use only one of the two options at a time.
6. Remote control issues - Some apps such as Netfx are designed for touch screen devices like tablets and phones. In such cases, use the mini keyboard or a mouse for navigation.
7.Turn on/off/switch background lighting: FN+F2
8. Distorted screen: Please ensure that you connect the HD cable to the TV box first, and then connect the power adaptor to the TV box. Incorrect connection may cause issues such as a frozen or distorted screen, or a lack of signal.
