How to Work on Android devices and computers?

• For Android Phones with OTG function -- No need to install any app, No one-click backup function

1. Method 1: Connect USB-C flash drive to your Android phone. Go to “My Files”---> You can see there is a “USB Storage1” icon.
2. Method 2: Plug the USB-C memory stick into your Android phone and swipe your finger down on the phone's home screen to display "USB storage1" connected on the notification panel.
3. Then you can Click “Copy” or “Move” to select the files you want to transfer. Above/below you will see "Paste Here". Once you do that, your files will be copied or moved to that fold

• For Computers ( no matter Windows computer, or macbook ,imac, since they have USB-C or USB port, they would be supported). Plug And Play. No need to install any app, it doesn’t have the one click backup function, need to do manually if you need to back up or transfer photos.

How to Work on iOS devices for iPhone and iPad?

• For iPhone/iPad:need to install app ''ySky Player'', you can search the app from the App Store.Support the latest iOS 16 version & devices. (Always supports iOS updates.)

When the phone does not recognize the usb stick, please uninstall the ''ySky Player'' APP, then restart the phone and re-download the ''ySky Player''APP from the APP Store)

Warm Tips:

1.If you've used iCloud before backup your files, you need to download files from iCloud to your iPhone or iPad then copy them to iPhone usb flash drive

2.Due to DRM (Digital Rights Management), we cannot transfer Music or Video files in iTunes or downloaded by the 3rd APP to this iPhone storage.

5.For better faster transfer speed with the files over 4GB , the default file system for USB flash drives is exFAT. If you want better widely compatible with the operating system and the maximum unit file size is not exceed 4GB, the file system for USB flash drives should be FAT32, it is recommended that you reset the file system in the following way: 1. connecting the storage product to the computer; 2. right-clicking on the partition and selecting Format; 3. select FAT32 format in the file system options; 4. Click Start to finish.

6.For iOS 11 or above and iPhone 7 or above devices, the default photos or videos format is HEIC, HEVC or MOV, these are only read by iOS or Mac system devices.

7.This iPhone Photo Stick remains the original information in the backup or tranfer, will not change any information such as Format, shooting time or size. But these format may not be supported by Windows computers, please install the associated viewer or player on Windows computers to view.
