Based on feedback from customers, we have re-upgraded the band resized tool. If the tool that comes with the watch is not easy to use, please contact our team first, and we can send you the upgraded tool (which makes it easier to resize the band).

Is the watch band hard to adjust?

It's not difficult, it can be resized with the matching tool by following the steps in the video above.

When I received the package and found that the tool was missing, what should I do?

If the tool is missing, you can look for us and we will arrange for a replacement.

What should you do if the needle of the tool bends during the process of resizing the watch band?

Each set of tools comes with two replaceable needles, which you can unscrew and replace. Also, you can use pliers to straighten the needle. Of course, you can also contact our team to send you another set of tools.

Why does the needle of the tool bend during the process of resizing the watch band?

During the band resize process, make sure that the rounded end of the pin on the band is facing the needle of the tool. Also, the band and the tool are on the same horizontal plane. This way, the force is applied correctly and the process is easier.
