Q1: Can I use this card in Turkey?

A1: Yes, the initial data plan for this SIM card supports use in 40+ countries in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Eastern Europe and Europe.

Q2: Do I need to set up APN in router?

A2: Please ensure that router is an unlocked device. US APN is: america.bics. EU APN is: bicsapn. Some routers need to access their web to set up our APN configuration. Please refer to the device instructions. No roaming fees, and you can freely switch networks without changing SIM cards.

Q3: Why is it not connected network after I arrive in France from America?

A3: Because you use our global plan, sim card needs 6-10 minutes to re-search local network after arrived new country.

Q4: Does it have a phone number?

A4: This is just a data SIM card, without a phone number, voice and text messages. International SIM cards are perfect for traveling abroad. You can see the detailed country/region information above.

Q5: I already have an EIOTCLUB SIM card, can I refill the global plan?

A5: The global plan only applys to our bizgloblelink SIM card, and double network and triple-play network SIM cards cann't switch to the global network.
