Q2: Why the watch can’t receive the message notification?
A: Please make sure that the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on, FitCloudPro is turned on and that the smartwatch is always connected to the Bluetooth of your phone !
Attention:
1. Please turn on all notification permissions (WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Phone, SMS) in the FitCloudPro app
2. If the mobile software (whatapp, SMS, facebook ......) is logged in on the computer, the smart watch will not push messages to reduce power consumption and disruption
3. As Android phones automatically clean up unused apps in the background, this will cause the watch connection to be interrupted and no more messages will be pushed. (Please keep the background software always online)
*If the notifications are still not displayed, try resetting the watch, or reinstalling the app.
