WHITLEY NEILL RASPBERRY GIN

We select the season’s ripest Scottish plums to macerate with fine Madagascan vanilla. This is then infused with the classic Edinburgh Gin to produce a uniquely flavoured liqueur.

At 20% ABV Plum & Vanilla Liqueur is delicious served over ice, topped up with Prosecco or mixed with soda. It also makes a beautiful addition to a classic sour, the rich sweetness complemented perfectly by zesty lemon.

WHITLEY NEIL RASPBERRY CRUSH

INGREDIENTS

1. 50ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin
2. Cranberry Juice
3. Raspberries
4. Mint

METHOD

Add Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with cranberry juice and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.

EDINBURGH GIN SOOR PLUM

INGREDIENTS

• 25ml Edinburgh Gin
• 25ml Lemon Juice
• 25ml Plum Vanilla Edinburgh Gin
• 1 Egg white

METHOD

Add Edinburgh Gin Edinburgh Plum & Vanilla Gin, lemon juice and 1 egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain and pour over ice into a Copa Balloon Gin Glass and serve with a plum wedge.

STRAWBERRY AND ROSE GORDON'S PINK SPIRTZ

INGREDIENTS

• 250 grams chopped strawberries
• 30 grams caster sugar
• 50 milliliters water & ½ teaspoon rose water
• 200 milliliters Prosecco
• 25 milliliters Gordon's Premium Pink Distilled Gin

METHOD

1. Place a small saucepan over a medium heat and add the strawberries, caster sugar, and water. Stir to combine. Once the liquid comes to a boil turn down the heat and simmer for five minutes stirring occasionally.
2. Remove from the heat and pass through a sieve to remove any fibrous parts of the strawberries so you are left with a smooth red liquid. (You should have around 150 milliliters of coulis.) Add the rose water to the coulis and stir to combine. Set aside for when you are ready to make your drink.
3. Next, it’s time to make your fabulous drink! Take a Copa glass, fill with ice, and pour over around 200 milliliters of Prosecco. Add your Gordon’s Pink Gin and 25 milliliters of strawberry coulis. Give it a gentle stir and serve!

THE LAKES RHUBARB & ROSEHIP GIN FIZZ

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml The Lakes Rhubarb & Rosehip Gin
• 40ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 1x Egg White
• 60ml Sparkling Water

METHOD

Pour the gin, lemon juice, and aquafaba or egg white into a cocktail shaker.

Seal and shake vigorously without ice for 30 seconds to start frothing egg white.

Open the shaker, add a handful of ice, and shake again for 1 minute. You will definitely be feeling the chill on the outside of the shaker when you're done.

Strain into a Collins or highball glass. Top with Sparkling Water and garnish with a lemon wedge or twist. Drink immediately before the foam dissipates!
