
PISCO PUNCH - COMSTOCK SALOON
2 oz. pisco
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum Syrup
3-4 dashes of Nichol Juice
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously, and double strain into a flip cup over a single medium cube.
2. Garnish with a lemon twist.

AFTER THE GOLD RUSH - HOLY WATER
1½ oz. Old Grand Dad Bonded Bourbon
¾oz. Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum
½ oz. Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur
½ oz. fresh lime juice
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously, and double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
2. Add a lime wheel for garnish.

CABLE CAR - TONY ABOU-GANIM
1½ oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
¾oz. Marie Brizard Orange Curacao
1½ oz. Lemon Sour
1. Rim the glass with a mixture of equal parts cinnamon and superfine sugar.
2. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir, and strain into the cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with an orange spiral.
Lemon Sour: In a squeeze bottle, combine 2 parts fresh lemon juice with 1 part simple syrup and mix well.
