The patented Home Master Artesian Full Contact remineralization system pH balances the water at two different points in the process, adding small amounts of NSF certified calcium and magnesium minerals through a natural process. The 1st pass occurs on the way storage tank as the water leaves the membrane, gently flowing over the beneficial minerals giving the water delicious body and pH balance. The pH balanced water helps to prevent storage tank degradation too. The 2nd pass occurs as you open the RO faucet, where the highly-pure water is pushed out of the pressurized storage tank at high pressure through the Artesian remineralization filter again on the way to the faucet.
