How to find the best size for you

Select: Right or Left Hand

Use a soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of your hand just below the knuckles of all fingers, excluding the thumb.
Choose the appropriate size from the chart.

NOTE: This measurement is only a guideline for determining size because thumb sizes vary and there is no way to measure the base of the thumb. If your measurement falls close to two sizes, we advise you try on both sizes to determine the best fit. The better the fit, the better the brace will work for you!

The Secret is in the Squeeze!

Before applying the Push MetaGrip to your hand, gently bend metal insert slightly outward.

Place MetaGrip over your thumb as far down as possible. Gently, but firmly, close the strap nearest the wrist, then do the same with the other strap. Do not over tighten.

Touch the forefinger to the thumb to make a gentle "O" shape.

Keep the thumb muscles relaxed.

With the thumb and forefinger in an "O" shape, SQUEEZE the metal insert to fit snuggly around the muscles at the base of the thumb (the thenar eminence).

You may need assistance in squeezing properly.
