SIMPLE RECIPE: Honey Herb Drops
INGREDIENT:candy thermometer, sauce pan, spoon, honey ½ cup, 1 cup of boiled horehound leaf tea [ can be replaced with other herb tea ] , lemon essential oil several drops [ can be replaced with lemon(½-1piece) juice ], sugar ¼ - ½ Cup [ can be replace with more ¼ - ½ Cup honey ], butter 1 teaspoon or less [ not essential ]
STEP 1:Wrap the pan with butter, not essential. Filler and add tea to the pan. Add sugar and honey at the meanwhile.
STEP 2:Stir and wait till boil. Stick the candy thermometer in the sauce pan, wait till the temperature almost reach 300 Fahrenheit degree. Add butter and lemon essential oil, stir.
STEP 3:Filler sugar powder to the tray. [not essential]. When the temperature reach 300 Fahrenheit degree, pour the mixture to the tray
STEP 4:Sealed, wait around 4 hours till it dry. Push it out of the mold.
