APPLICATION OF NATURAL PROGESTERONE CREAM

The cream is used on areas of the body with thinner skin, such as the face, neck, behind the ears, armpits, groin (between the legs), backs of the knees, palms of the hands, wrists, and forearms.

MEASUREMENT OF EACH DOSE

1 full pump dispenses about 1.85g of cream. This container yields approximately 60 pumps. Rotate the application between the abdomen, hand, and other areas where skin is thin. Use 1x or 2x daily. For external use only.

IF YOU STILL HAVE MENSTRUATION

Use 2 doses a day (AM and PM). Progesterone cream is used for 21 days of the month. Start using progesterone cream on the 1st day of bleeding and use it for 21 days in a row. Then, discontinue use until the 1st day of bleeding of your next cycle.

FOR MENOPAUSAL or with IRREGULAR CYCLE

Women should use the cream for 21 consecutive days, with a month off between each use. Progesterone is used on a calendar day, beginning on the first of each month and ending on the 21st, with two doses per day.

NOTES FOR MENOPAUSAL WOMEN

Use two pump squeezes twice daily for menopausal fever, hot flashes, or night sweats. A return of menstruation if menopause symptoms are recent.
