Check the chin strap before every ride. As long as it’s not too tight or too loose, just buckle and go! No need for a parent to constantly fuss with straps and hardware to make sure the helmet fits correctly.

Take a Head Measurement

We recommend using a soft tape measure to discover your exact centimeter range. Using a helmet that doesn’t fit properly can be dangerous.

Suggested Ranges

‘Toddler’ is a suggested size range, generally fitting ages 3-5 years. However, head sizes and shapes can vary, even within an age range. Always take a head measurement before purchasing.

Fit Systems

Some helmets, like the Zoomer, have a step-up feature that allows for additional tightening or loosening of the helmet. There are many different types of fit systems, but they all allow for adjusting and fine tuning the fit. If you are unsure of what size to order, look for a helmet with a fit system.
