The arm pouch is made from polyester. For added support, it has elastic thumb loops to prevent your hand from getting tired. With a front-facing micro Velcro adjuster, you can easily adjust the length with one hand. Its padded neoprene strap won’t dig into your neck and shoulder and is made for all-day comfort.

This arm sling comes in two other sizes:

1. Think Ergo Arm Sling Sport Small/Youth - Recommended for adults and children who need a smaller arm pouch. Pouch length is 11.5 inches.
2. Think Ergo Arm Sling Sport XL - Recommended for adults who need a longer arm pouch. Pouch length is 14-17 inches (the length is adjustable).

Think Ergo Arm Sling Sport Instructions:

Step 1: Lay the arm sling flat on a table. If you will be using the arm sling on your right arm, the arm pouch opening should be pointing to your left. If you will be using the arm sling on your left arm, the arm pouch opening should be pointing to your right.

Step 2: Using your non-injured arm, bring the strap over your head and place it on the shoulder opposite to your injury.

Step 3: Next, carefully place your injured arm into the pouch. To support your hand, slip your thumb through the elastic loop that is closest to your torso.

Step 4: Adjust the length of the strap by pulling on the velcro tab to tighten it. Then, press the velcro firmly against the strap to secure it.

Step 5 (Optional): If you need to lengthen the arm pouch, simply pull out the extendable fabric. Please consult with your physician regarding proper fitting of the arm sling.

NOTE: We have changed the arm sling pouch's color from black and white to just black. As we make this transition, some of you may receive the previous black-and-white versions.
