Swiss spear pH probe for solid sample direct testing

• This spear pH probe is designed for direct pH test of food/solid/semi-solid samples such as cheese, meat, fruit, dough, sushi-rice, jam, sauce, skincare products, etc (does not work with soil direct test). It also works just as well in general water solutions.
• Simply insert the spear probe into your sample (>1 inch above the blue tip), wait for the stable pH reading, then take the measurement.
